1. What is your warranty?

Warranty is as follows: Limited life time on siding, 40 years on skids, 20 years on shingles, 1 year warranty on the workmanship.

2. What is the difference between Wood and Vinyl?

The vinyl is maintenance free. The manufacturer’s recommendation for the wood siding is another coat of paint once every 7 to 10 years

3. Is there a delivery charge?

No, delivery charge within 40 miles of the business. Any delivery over 40 miles while incur an additional fee of $2.00 per mile after 40 miles.

4. How far away will you deliver?

Any reasonable distance within an 8 hour work day.

5. Do I need a pad site?

Any shed bigger then 10x16 we highly recommend having a pad site do to the weight of the building. Pad site should be 1ft. bigger than the shed. For example a 10X18 shed should have an 11X19 pad site. We recommend using millings or bluestone 2 to 3 inches thick.

6. Can you do the pad site for me?

No, we don’t do pad sites but we can recommend you to a person who can.

7. Do I need to be home when you deliver my shed?

Yes, for final payment and so we know exactly where to place your shed. If we need to move shed once in place, there is an additional fee of $250 to move it.

8. Can you remove my fence?

No, we don’t remove fences but we can recommend you to a person who can.

9. How much is it to build on site?

To build on site there is an additional 35% added to the cost of the building. Do to the cost of contracting the work out to a builder.

10. Do I need a permit?

Most counties allow approximately 144 square feet without a permit. But it would be best if you checked with your county prior to ordering any large shed.

11. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept check, credit, debit, cash and money orders.

12. Do you finance?

No, we do not finance.
